Refinance Rates Have Dropped Every Day for a Week - Jan. 22, 2025

About a week after climbing to their highest level since summer, 30-year refinance rates have lopped off 21 basis points over the last five days. A reduction of 5 basis points Tuesday lowers the flagship refi average to 7.09%.
